Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session/class for a full refund. No shows and late cancels will be charged for the session/class. Refunds are not possible, but purchased sessions do not expire and will be honored for as long as it takes for you to use them.
This complimentary 45 minute session provides you the opportunity to experience Pilates equipment, learn more about the studio offerings, and share your fitness goals and concerns with me. I will recommend a training plan based on our discussion and my observations that aligns with your unique needs.
There is no obligation to purchase sessions at this time.
Private Pilates Session
Learn the basics of Pilates or strengthen your existing practice with focused 1:1 sessions using the Reformer, Exo Chair, Trapeze and Ped-O-Pull. Custom training sessions are developed around your own physical fitness goals. Participants who are new to Pilates and wish to participate in group classes are encouraged to start with at least five Private Sessions before starting classes.

Private Training Express & Home Program
This 30 minute session is for people who want a quick, effective, Pilates infused training session utilizing the TRX, free weights and Pilates equipment and includes an optional supplemental program to do at home. The focus of this session is NOT to learn the Pilates technique. This session is intended for people who 1) have specific training goals and who want to be in and out quickly or 2) are already familiar with the Pilates method and want to work on specific issues.
This is a perfect option for those with their own equipment who would like guidance in their home programs.
Single Session $45 per person | 10 Sessions $400 per person
Semi-Private Pilates Session
Come with a friend or ask to be matched up with a partner. Custom training sessions are tailored to each individual using the Reformer, Exo Chair, Trapeze and Ped-O-Pull. Participants do not have to be at the same level, though some alignment of experience is helpful.

Small Group Classes
Personalized Equipment Program
Each participant will work on their own program, at their own pace, moving between the Reformer, the half Trapeze and Exo Chair. This is ideal for those who have injuries and need modifications, pre-habilitation and/or post-rehabilitation clients, and/or those who want to work on very specific issues. Maximum 3 participants.

Springboard equipment class
This class will utilize the Springboard (which mimics the trapeze table) and props. Master the basics of Pilates using both the assistance and the added challenge of springs. Small class size ensures each participant receives individual attentions while feeling supported and challenged. Recommended for participants with experience in Pilates or other mind/body exercise. Deliberate pace.

Beginning Springboard & Mat
This class is geared toward participants who want to learn or review the basic principles of Pilates. The class will focus on learning proper breath, form and use of props. This class is not attended for those who require extensive modifications. Slow to moderate pace.

This class will be different every week. It will be tailored to how many people sign up, and the level of those participants. Look forward to elements of Barre class, Exo Chair and possibly Reformer in addition to the Springboard, depending on the class numbers and levels on a given day.

5 Private Sessions & 5 Classes
If you would like 1:1 training to focus on specific issues, but you would also like to participate in the small group classes, consider purchasing the combo package. You may choose to schedule all five private sessions first to gain a better understanding of Pilates before starting the classes, or you might choose to schedule one private session a week and one class a week. You can book all at once, one at a time, two at time.. whatever works for you!
