Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session/class for a full refund. No shows and late cancels will be charged for the session/class. Refunds are not possible, but purchased sessions do not expire and will be honored for as long as it takes for you to use them.
This complimentary 45 minute session provides you the opportunity to experience Pilates equipment, learn more about the studio offerings, and share your fitness goals and concerns with me. I will recommend a training plan based on our discussion and my observations that aligns with your unique needs.
There is no obligation to purchase sessions at this time.
Private Pilates Session
Learn the basics of Pilates or strengthen your existing practice with focused 1:1 sessions using the Reformer, Exo Chair, Trapeze and Ped-O-Pull. Custom training sessions are developed around your own physical fitness goals. Participants who are new to Pilates and wish to participate in group classes are encouraged to start with at least five Private Sessions before starting classes.

Semi-Private Pilates Session
Come with a friend or ask to be matched up with a partner. Custom training sessions are tailored to each individual using the Reformer, Exo Chair, Trapeze and Ped-O-Pull. Participants do not have to be at the same level, though some alignment of experience is helpful.

Small Group Classes
Springboard equipment class
This class will utilize the Springboard (which mimics the trapeze table) and props. Master the basics of Pilates using both the assistance and the added challenge of springs. Small class size ensures each participant receives individual attentions while feeling supported and challenged. Recommended for participants with experience in Pilates or other mind/body exercise. Deliberate pace.
Class limit 4 participants
Basic Springboard & Mat
This class is geared toward participants who want to learn or review the basic principles of Pilates and/or those who require modifications due to injuries or ailments. Small class size and slower pace ensures time is taken to determine appropriate modifications for each participant. Slow to moderate pace.
Class limit 3 participants
Small equipment circuit
Utilizes the Platformer (mini reformer-like machine minus cords and footbar) Trapeze Tower/Springboard, Exo Chair, Ped-O-Pull and props to deliver a challenging and well balanced workout.
Pilates equipment experience is required. If you have done equipment classes or private sessions at another studio and know your settings feel free to sign up. If not, please email me to inquire about either trying small group equipment classes or setting up private sessions to learn how to use the equipment safely and effectively.

5 Private Sessions & 5 Classes
If you would like 1:1 training to focus on specific issues, but you would also like to participate in the small group classes, consider purchasing the combo package. You may choose to schedule all five private sessions first to gain a better understanding of Pilates before starting the classes, or you might choose to schedule one private session a week and one class a week. You can book all at once, one at a time, two at time.. whatever works for you! This package will allow to attend any small group class that meets your needs.

Off-Site Large Group Classes
Feelin' Phat Fitness, Newbury, NH
Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. The strength and toning style is a unique and fast way to tone the entire body.
A ballet bar is used as well as weights, balls and elastic bands integrated into the classes where high repetition brings the muscles to fatigue and are then stretched, working every body part. Focus is on core strength and midsection toning with proper alignment and form.
